Section 48
Informing

(1) If an official of an educational institution or a public educational institution invests in any other educational institution, he shall inform such regulatory body.
(2) The educational institution or regulatory body shall provide the information as per sub-section (1) to the Commission in the prescribed format.
(3) Officials of educational institutions' regulatory bodies or public educational institutions are not allowed to work in private sector educational institutions and participate in the policy decision-making process of related subjects.
